This position glascontainer will be reporting to the Trucking Manager Prepares preventive maintenance schedules (PMS), periodic inspection, servicing and repairs schedule for all terminal equipment; Prepares the graphs PMS and repair schedule to forecast the equipment/vehicles those are approaching for service based on hours/kilometre reading and provides service information to all departments; Issues work orders and receives reports submitted by Third Party Repairs and Maintenance Company ; Coordinates with Third Party Repairs and Maintenance Company the availability of equipments scheduled for service; Prepares monthly activity report; Coordinates with third Third Party Repairs and Maintenance Company the availability of parts/materials being used for PMS and repairs; Provide maintenance task list for all equipment; A set work distribution orders and ensures that urgent tasks are given priority;. Ensures that superiors are properly informed and updated on equipment status through formal and informal reporting; Inputs daily breakdowns and repairs to update spreadsheets; Assesses cost of damage to equipment, compiles report, submits for review and approval, and then sends to Insurance Claims Responsible for processing; Performs follow-up coordination activities for emergency work; Disburses materials (truck, machines and equipment) to drivers, and keeps track of the materials disbursed; Summarizes glascontainer notes from the checklists, and reschedules any equipment, glascontainer in accordance with activity service report; Prepares daily attendance reports, and summarizes attendance for the month; Prepares purchase requisitions for spare parts and materials upon instruction from the manager;
A bachelor/high glascontainer school diploma and additional vocational/technical education. Instruction and training in mechanical/electrical trades highly desirable; At least three to five years of general clerical and preventative maintenance planning experience, preferably glascontainer working in a technical environment, maintenance workshop, or manufacturing environment in a clerical or administrative support role; Very good computer knowledge for the preparation of various reports/graphs; Ability to prepare glascontainer Excel spreadsheets efficiently; Understanding of equipment in order to carry out duties related to maintenance, servicing ..; Good planning and organizing skills; Must be able to exercise good judgment in order to set priorities; Good interpersonal skills in order to coordinate work activities; glascontainer Above average interpersonal and approachable skills; Good written and verbal skill in English is a must;
