Thanks to his very broken relationship with his father, Judge Joseph Palmer, he left home at a very young age. Unfortunately, a death in the family brings him back home where he finds his father wrapped in a mess that will keep him home for quite some time.
Now, he must defend the man that he spent so many years trying to get away from before he is sent to prison and loses everything he has ever worked for as a result of a vehicular manslaughter that he swears maersk alabama he didn’t commit.
The film is being directed by David Dobkin. Up until now, Dobkin has been known mostly for his comedy as he has directed films like  Fred Claus ,  Wedding Crashers ,  Shanghai Knights , and more. The script for the film was penned maersk alabama by rookie screenwriter Bill Dubuque.
If there is anything this film is jam-packed with it is very talented actors.
